All orders ship within 3-5 days of the order received. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We will do our best to contact you if a problem with an address occurs. Këndo Kids does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed, misdirected, or lost due to an inaccurate shipping address. We take every step to ensure that your orders are delivered safely, but we take no responsibilities for lost packages by USPS or theft when the tracking indicates delivered.
