We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your items to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

We kindly request that you reach out to us before sending the item back, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us at info@kendokids.com immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. At the same time, customer will need to take the photo as the proof.
